NRGPAL PTY LTD designs, supplies and installs solar, battery storage, EV charging and air conditioning for homes and businesses across Victoria. Our head office is in Oakleigh South.
We work as one company across the whole job — design, supply, installation and the rebate paperwork — rather than handing you between a salesperson, a subcontractor and an administrator.

New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC)
NRGPAL PTY LTD has been a signatory since October 2025, listed for solar PV, energy storage and EV charging in Victoria. NETCC sets requirements on how new energy products are sold — what a quote must contain, how long a price must stay valid, and what has to be shown on a system design. Signatories are on a public register.
Authorised retailer since
2023
Solar Victoria authorised retailer
NRGPAL has been on Solar Victoria’s authorised retailer register since 2023. Using an authorised retailer is one of the conditions of claiming the Solar Homes rebate, so this is not a badge — it is a requirement of the program you are claiming under.
Rebate programs
How we work with rebate programs
This part is worth being precise about, because it is routinely blurred in this industry.
Solar panels
For Solar Victoria’s Solar Homes rebate, we are an authorised retailer. We handle the eligibility and rebate process as part of your job.
Batteries
For the federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program, the discount comes through small-scale technology certificates, claimed as part of the installation and applied to your price.
Heating & cooling
For Victorian Energy Upgrades, NRGPAL is a scheme participant — we carry out upgrades on behalf of accredited providers. We do not create VEEC certificates ourselves and we are not a VEU accredited provider. The accredited provider for your job is named in your paperwork, as the program requires.
Pricing
How we quote
Every price you see on this website is indicative. It exists so you have a sense of scale before you talk to anyone, not so you can buy from a page.
Your written quote comes after a site and network assessment, and it is the first document with real numbers in it. It states which rebates you qualify for, which you do not, and what the system will actually cost you.
We would rather tell you early that a program does not apply to your property than have you find out at the end.
