In one line
The FOXESS 5kW 41.76kWh 1 Phase battery system: a 5 kW hybrid inverter paired with 41.76 kWh of storage, supplied and installed as one package.
Who this suits
Storage-heavy: high overnight use, backup a priority.
Before you choose on size
Federal battery certificates are tiered — weighted toward the first 14 kWh of usable capacity, tapering from 14 to 28 kWh, and small above that. A larger battery does not attract a proportionally larger discount. Choose capacity on your evening and overnight usage and whether you want extended backup, not on the rebate.

What is in the FOXESS 5kW 41.76kWh 1 Phase battery system

The FOXESS H1-5.0-E-G2 hybrid inverter with a 41.76 kWh CQ7 (V6) high-voltage battery stack — one master unit plus five modules at 6.96 kWh each, all of it usable.
41.76 kWh is a large residential battery. It suits households that want to ride through a multi-day outage, run high evening loads, or shift most of their consumption off the grid rather than just cover the evening peak. Pairing it with a 5 kW inverter is a deliberate choice: it keeps the inverter cost down where the roof is modest but storage matters most.
The 5 kW inverter accepts up to 10 kW of panels at 200% DC oversizing. Installs as new solar or AC-couples onto an existing array.
Panels, mounting and installation are quoted separately after a site assessment. Indicative values are not a quote.
