Before you choose on size
Federal battery certificates are tiered — weighted toward the first 14 kWh of usable capacity, tapering from 14 to 28 kWh, and small above that. A larger battery does not attract a proportionally larger discount. Choose capacity on your evening and overnight usage and whether you want extended backup, not on the rebate.

What is in the GoodWe 15kW 32kWh 3 Phase battery system
The 15 kW three-phase GoodWe ESA all-in-one with four high-voltage battery modules — 32 kWh of usable storage.
Stepping the inverter from 9.99 kW to 15 kW is about array size and simultaneous load, not battery size: at 200% DC oversizing this unit accepts up to 30 kW of panels, roughly half again what the 9.99 kW model allows. It suits large homes running pool plant, ducted climate control and EV charging together, and small commercial sites.
The ESA integrates the inverter, meter, backup changeover switch and battery base into one unit and is grid forming, establishing its own supply during an outage.
Because 15 kW is above the usual Victorian residential range, network approval and export limits need confirming for your address. Panels, mounting and installation are quoted separately after a site assessment. Indicative values are not a quote.
